Spicy Tomatoes and Lettuce
Chef: Linfei Song
Ingredients: Tomatoes, any size you want
Sliced Lettuce
Parsley cut
Sliced jalapenos
salt, pepper, sugar
olive oil
2 garlic
aromatic bread
1-Gather all you veggies and wash them. We want them to be nice and clean!
2- Slice the tomatoes to halves or slices.
3- chunk your lettuce or any leafy green to your liking.
4 clove and dice the garlic to small pieces
5- cut the parsley to very small pieces and put all the veggies into a bowl
6- add a teaspoon of salt, a dash of pepper, and a sprinkle of sugar, then drizzle the olive oil until all the veggies are covered
7- let it rest then enjoy on the bread!

Lettuce Chicken Wrap: Asian style dish

Ingredients :
Chicken breast skin and boneless
beans
green onions
lettuce
herbs or your choice (I used rosemary)
cabbage ( as the wrap)
seasoning for the chicken. these can be found at your Asian supermarket
cooking wine
soy sauce
oyster sauce
sesame oil
salt
one egg white
*Note: the amount of ingredients are relative to the amount of chicken
1. wash all your veggies and chicken save the cabbage for later
2. Clean the chicken by cutting off any weird skin or fat and then slice and dice it Put it in a bowl for now
3. cut the beans to sections big or small your choice
4. cut the herbs in to really small pieces and set that aside
5. put a dash of salt and a teaspoon of sesame oil
6- cover the chicken with oyster sauce and soy sauce (here the amount depends on the amount of chicken)
7- Let sit for a few minutes and pan fry until its cooked. (Don't eat raw chicken!)
8-Mix with lettuce and herbs and serve in the lettuce wraps.

Green Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:
- 8 ounce(s) green tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounce(s) ripe red tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup(s) fresh corn kernels
- 1/4 cup(s) snipped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper
- In medium bowl, gently stir tomatoes with corn, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors, or up to 8 hours. Drain before serving if chilled longer than 1 hour.
Tomato Soup

Ingredients:• 1 lb Beef Shank
• 2 lbs White Potato
• 1 lb Tomato
• 1 small White Onion
• 2 cups Beef Broth
• 8 cups Water
• 1 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the beef shank, white potato, white onion, and tomato by cutting into chunks (beef, potato) or slices (tomato. white onion).
2. Pour the beef broth and water into a cooking bowl, and boil it until it steams. Then, pour the beef, white onion and potato mix into the bowl. Boil it for one hour.
3. Add tomato and boil for 10 more min. Then, add a little tsp of salt to the taste you want.

Anchovies and Jalapenos!

1 package of dried anchovies
7 jalapenos (more or less depending on how spicy you want them to be)
1/2 ginger root
1 green onion
1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:
First, you gather the ingredients and wash them!
Next, you cut up the ingredients! Slice the jalapenos, julienne the ginger root, cut the green onion into mildly big stalks, and keep anchovies as is.
Sooner or later, you'll get this!
And finally, you fry them together!! Turn up the fire to high, put in the olive oil, and start with the fishies. Really, since it's dry, you don't have to fry for long. After about three minutes, you can place in the other ingredients and just fry them for another two. And then you're done!!! It's really that simple~

we boiled the noodle first.
cut all the materials into pieces the size you want.
This is the only small jalapeno we have in our garden.
